Q1. How to place order?

Ans) Please place order directly through our website www.chopfresh.pk or message us on our business whatsApp +92-348-187-1180

Q2) What is the delivery process?

Ans) We do next day deliveries for all orders received before 10pm. No orders are delivered on Sundays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are delivered on Monday. Delivery timings are between 10am-11am. We don’t commit to any specific time for delivery and we do not do same day deliveries.

Q3) What are your delivery charges?

Ans) Flat rate Rs. 200.

Q4) Is weight of the chopped vegetables measured before or after being chopped?

Ans) All chopped/pre-cut vegetables are weighed before being peeled, de-seeded and chopped. Only bitter gourd, peas, garlic, fresh corn kernels and mix vegetable packs are weighed in full (after packing weight).

Q5) Are the vegetables and chicken washed?

Ans) All vegetables (pre-cut and whole) and chicken are washed before being packed. If any item is sent unwashed it will be tagged ‘unwashed’.

Q6) For how long can I store your vegetables?

Ans) As all vegetables are freshly cut on delivery day we recommend same day use only.

Q7) I received my order but an item is missing?

Ans) We send fresh produce only. If an item is not available in fresh on the day of delivery, we do not send that item and adjust the amount for the said in the total bill.

Q8) What if there are any issues in my order?

Ans) Customer satisfaction is our top priority, in case there is any issue please leave us a message we will get back to you as soon as possible.
